Newspaper:  Nope

Laundry:  I do mine at my place.  He does his at his place.  But I leave alot of stuff over there and it gets done by him.  He never leaves any laundry at my place cause he's a guy and he doesn't want stuff in both places.  So he does more laundry than me.  :-D

Someday, I'm sure I'll do it all.

Newspaper: Yes, a couple times while the neighbors were on vacation. Their son delivered the paper in our area, so my brother and I covered for him while he was gone.

Laundry: We both do. I usually sort so that my stuff that has to be washed cold or shouldn't go in the dryer is put aside, and he usually folds most of it.

Newspaper:  Yes for 3 weeks when my best friend was away on vacation in Holland.  Come to think of it ... I still don't think she's paid me.  Well haven't seen her for 15 years ... think I'm outta luck.

Laundry:  Me ... kids are just getting old enough to sort and fold and put away although my son dumps the clean stuff in the corner unless I stand over him while he puts it in the drawer.

    Yes, worst week of my life, at least that's the way it felt at the time so that's what I kept mumbling.
    Many moons ago, Our youngest ( I think at 11 yrs. old then ) decided to get *that* job. Near to the house, 100 or so papers, piece of cake. 
    First day - 4 a.m.- I helped him fold up, set up the saddle bags, put them over his head... and he promptly tetered over and looked pathetically like a miniature whale on the beach.
    We concluded that the Sacramento Bee was too much for anyone under 150 lbs. and without regular access to their own vehicle. Over the next week it became *Our* job ... just long enough for the route mgr. to get someone else.
    I then bought him something He could push and didn't have to carry ... a lawnmower. He did very well on his own from there.
Laundry:
    That's a job I do decidedly poor enough to be fired from before I start. I trust me with my stuff tho.

And I'm >< this close to not let him wash the dishes anymore.  But then I'll have to wash all of them instead of just rewashing half of them.

I'm good at folding the laundry - even the fitted bed-sheets.  I suck, however, at putting the clean laundry away.

When is your laundry done?
1) When it's in the dryer
2) When it's out of the dryer and in a laundry basket
3) When it's folded
4) When it's put away/hung up

Being bad at doing the dishes got me out doing them for years.  Plus I usually do the cooking and the deal we have is if you cook you don't clean.

That's our deal too.  Maybe since I said something to him yesterday about it, he'll try harder.

Love him to death, but he also doesn't really use the drying rack effectively.  He just spreads the wet dishes all over the counter...even if there's dirty dishes there.  That's the best.
