Clarifying 5GB could be a requirement if the figure was determined by rounding.  We all know that storage sizes increment by multiples of 1024; however, the value 1000 is often used to estimate storage size. 

5 * 1000 = 5,000 != 5GB
5 * 1024 = 5,120 = 5GB

I don't round, though. Unlike some people, I can multiply by numbers that aren't multiples of ten.

although, it does get to be a pain when you try to explain to someone that a Gigabyte is actually 1,073,741,824 bytes...  instead of the 1,000,000,000 they think it is.

What? You mean they wont get 2^30?

Hell, I use my own Hex based timescale at work and tell them I have a quick meeting at "DA00, but I'll be outta here by E." Let them figure it out.

I would definitely go, save for two little issues.

1. School
2. The fact that I am as of yet underage. If I was 18 I'd definitely go. If you do a trip in 2008, I'll go.  :-D
