Below are what we believe to be the finalists from the latest caption contest. Remember, the winner walks away with a brand new LG DVD ROM/CD RW drive.

I voted for ivan. Sorry BizB, your entry gave me Sesame Street flashbacks, and that's NEVER a good thing. As for the remainder of the entries...I didn't vote for any of them because:

There, I fixed your underlining for you, since it's the intent and the medium that make it acceptable to have dialog in a caption.

Thank you! But we were talking about "caption" ; not the medium. Before we start some kinda crazy debate; YES! YES! YES! YOU ARE CORRECT; It is NOT applicable to this contest and/or image of Condi. I never said it was; I only said that "CAPTION" can be dialogue.

Yes, the only votes that are not wasted are those that are for the winner.

Votes cast for the losers are completely wasted, and should've either not been cast, or cast for the winner. Then, they would not be wasted votes.

So unless you are 100% sure your candidate will win, you are possibly wasting your vote.

The only way to know for sure whether your candidate is the winner is to wait until everyone else has cast their votes.

THEN you can decide whether to vote or not, and not waste your vote.

So next time, don't vote until it's all over.
