I know I haven't posted anything in a few months but I've got a good reason!

I've been busy with the most awesome competition ever, and it's called FIRST  :-D

If you haven't heard of it, it's a competition where teams from all over the world compete to build the best robot they can in 6 weeks, in order to compete in a set challenge against other teams.  :-)

This was my first year with FIRST and it was awesome :-D our team came second in the West Michigan Regional (we would've won, but we lost 20 points due to penalties  :cry:), which qualifies us for the International Competition in Atlanta on April 12-14. Our main programmer isn't able to go so I'm gonna be taking over, so it should be interesting to see how things go.  :wink:

Sorry for not replying right away, I had a LAN party and just got around to setting up my b0xx0r again.

As for penalties, we got two 10 point penalties for being in the opposing team's "Home Zone" our robot was in there the first time because we were blocking them from getting bonus points, but then we got pushed into their "Home Zone" a second time, incurring a second 10 point penalty.

And yes, I am from Michigan, I live in Okemos, just South East of Lansing.

Cool, a troll.  I figured, robotics aren't big in the U.P.  I'm at school in Adrian right now.
