How do they know it was a suicide?  Maybe he was just trying out the fit.  I mean you couldn't try it without the blade being up.

Actually, the mythbusters busted that one.  Not enough electricity would be sent back through the stream to kill or even annoy you.  If enough electricity could be mustered to do that, just being near it would be enough, let alone peeing on it.
