Combat expertise = +1 to attack VS opportunity attacks.

That's a really, really good feat for a fighter to take. If your opponent is marked and they to move away from you, that +1 is an excellent extra bit o' attack.

This edition goes a lot lighter on the combat bonuses: +1 is worth a lot more than it used to be.
