Yeah.. Im pretty sure we all have.  I just talk to the person that I said the thing about and tell them whats up.  unless its a person i dont care to talk to...then i just ignore it.  :twisted:

I don't think there's any catch-all solution for a problem like that. It really depends on the thing said, the people involved, and your ability at interlocution.

you can do two things:

1) explan the situation - hopefully the person will understand. People are people and people do some stupid shit.

2) pretend to be ignorant.
