Can't find a solution!!!

I have samsung TV (LCD 750 series) and it has  a w link port (USB), some kinda "smart" technology that allows the TV to display pics, play music and watch videos i store on a USB memory stick, so i got the bright idea to hook up my external HDD so i can watch all my bookleg movies right from the drive... well it didnt work, it wont even recognize the drive, so i pulled out my user manual and looked into it. 1st and easy enough to fix, it only supports FAT32 not NTSF, second it only supports mass storage class devices (MSC) it says that it will not support a HDD, so i have been looking everywhere to see if someone has ever made this work,

I need to make the TV think the HDD is an MSC device, it has gotta be possible but my brain cannot figure it out, does anyone know a solution or can anyone make anything cause my brain cannot figure it out??? I had this great idea but now i am stuck PLZ HELP!!!

I'm thinking about getting a nice LED TV for my new house. I don't want plasma TVs anymore because they're heavy, generate massive amounts of heat and are pretty damn thick. LCDs are nice, but still a bit on the thick side. Anybody have an LED TV yet? If so, what you do you think of them?

I haven't looked into LED TVs much, but I did just buy a 46" LCD for my living room... yes, it's thicker than an LED, but it's still not that bad, and the picture is fricking awesome.

Where are you thinkening of mounting it?  And how thick is too thick?

Oh good Christ, I'm not going to make the VERY obvious statements...you're just setting me up here.

It's going on the living room wall opposite of the couch and the LED TVs that I saw were about an inch thick. Tiny little buggers.
