By the way, CG -- HN is remembered more than fondly. Some of us have even kicked around some ideas about resurrecting it -- if the domain ever becomes available. In the mean time, if you still have some old backups, I'd be happy to leverage my SQLSKILLZ towards making some kind of HN Hall Of Fame site.

This is cool I'm glad to see to many old friends!

Regarding hackernetwork, unfortunately I don't have any copies... I made copies, but the places they were copied into have not survived.

HN led a odd death. I could not continue updating it due to "real" life jobs that took over. But everything was running fine till the site was targeted for a really nasty hack. They got access to HN, and from there were able to access to my other domains, had I not had a rep which was able to act fast I would have been alot of trouble. This was my own fault for sharing email and passwords something which I should have known better. I just didn't expect them to go all the way to the domain registrar level.

At this point, the server had been compromised, my company domains at risk and really no solution that could be put in place that would allow for hackernetwork to be online without attracting the same sort of problems it had in the past. I considered forwarding it to this forum but wanted to see if the attention is something you guys wanted. Unless all your server scripts (like this forum) and applications are updated constantly I'm afraid there are alot of security risks involved and it appears most of the old HN are already here.

Demo its great to see your here, I always enjoyed our conversations! Tricky is doing well, his adventures ( and some of my own ) are documented on his site... www.thegreekonline.com

TheJudge, I'm in Edmonton, fairly close to Calgary though. As for ballin' I can change a diaper in under 20 second flat :) If that comes close then yes, still ballin' rollin' and whatnot :P

I see Joe Six pack is here also... I assume he is still an epic pain in the ass. How about thunderdavis did he made it? Anyone watch "The Wire" series... for some reason this came to mind just now.

Anyhow, I'm still very active online. Making game website, buying domains things like this. How has life been treating everyone? It's been a long long time....

Not really interested in selling since its my "first" site I developed. I can forward the nameservers to you, and you can do what you like with it for as long as you want. I won't be doing anything with it.
