For someone who likes to read, you weren't very good about reading this site's TOS, like the part where it says you should introduce yourself by starting a thread in the New Kids section.

No one reads them anyway *facepalm*

You will have another chance to read it, when you register under your new name.

IF you register under a new name.

Don't be too harsh on him, whenever I see people reading terrible books I'm glad that at least they're reading something... Although most of them are borderline illiterate.

Alright, I give.

I do not see what you see in this story.

It disturbs me. It makes my skin crawl. I found nothing romantic or sexy about it. I found things that made me feel sick beyond just the abused commas and semi-colons and the occasional inconsistency in the canon. Edward is a creep. Jacob is a moron. Bella Isabitch. I don't get it.

I'm sorry.

Can we toss it up to personal preference and agree to disagree?

Correct me if I'm wrong but, it sort of; kind, of; sounds, like, you read. It.

I did. I don't like saying I hate something I've never actually played/watched/read/ate/drank/tried. So I read it. And I did, indeed, hate it.

EDIT: I see what you did there.

Fave Book: Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

Recently Read: See Above

Currently Reading: Speaker For The Dead by Orson Scott Card

I love the Ender Saga, ever since I was in 8th grade. The core four were great, but the Ender's Shadow series was kind of dull.

This is challening! There are so many books and authors that I adore.... If I had to pick off of the very top of my list I'd have to say:

*The Sleeping Beauty Trilogy by A. N. Roquelaure (a.k.a. Anne Rice)

*Just about any book by Stephen King

*Philosphy in the Bedroom by the Marquis de Sade

This thread has made me realize how much less I read now, compared to how much I used to read before I was.... well, a 'real' adult. :[

I don't think I could pick a favourite book.  Probably not even a favourite author.

I read those when I was 17. It was literary porn to me.

HUGE THREAD BUMP!!!  Sorry for that...I missed this thread originally.

Uh, they are literary porn.  I own the trilogy and have reread them enough that the spines are broken and they're pretty beat up.  Good stories, but make no mistake...it's pretty hardcore porn.

I'm not sure I would be able to chose a favourite either. I have read a lot of Stephen King, but I am currently hooked on the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. Also a fan of Ender's Game. The series kind of lost me after the second book though.
