So my first 360 RRoD'd (imagine that). When I plugged my harddrive into my new one, all my downloadable games were reverted back to demos even though I had the whole game downloaded. My game add-on DLC also stopped working.
I contacted XBox Live technical support about the issue. They said that the DRM rights were still linked to my old console, and gave me a link to try to correct the problem.

And guess what? 404!
Does anyone have any clues on how to fix this? I miss playing Shadow Complex.

Hooray for DRM!
So much better when one's digital rights are managed!
-
Well, you have the right to buy everything all over again.
-
I don't have anything useful to add, but I'm glad someone's looking out for my digital rights!
-
I'm not sure what gave me the idea that XBox support would be better since you pay for it. But in any case, seems like I'm wrong.
Oh, and sorry, no idea. My first thought would be to try and correct the RRoD. I know there are steps online for correcting it if you have a few hours to kill. But it sounds like you already purchased a new one, so that's probably out of the question at this point.

I found out that I have to have my XBox hooked up to Live and be on some website from my computer, but I don't have a router. This blows.

In the forum the filters come and go, talking of Michaelangelo.

Smelly butt = com-pu-ter

Yes, at times.
But sometimes it's just a smelly butt.

Especially the morning after a bender. Like mine. Today.
