It's been around for years.  I don't even remember who originally PSed it, although it was probably Demo

I used to love the jeff.com photoshop threads back during the Barrel Boy era.

I used to throw in an entry once in a while, but the PS contests have become impossible for me to compete in, for a couple of reasons. One reason: the regular crew of very good, very fast PSers. Another reason: the regulars are mostly TotalJeffers, which means they get first crack at the contest. So if you look at any PS thread these days, you will see some very high-quality entries grouped at the top, followed by a whole bunch of very bad entries. The top 3 winners are always one of the earliest entries, because most of the voting is done before JeffLiters even get a chance to post an entry.
