MAKING A VIDEO GAME-NEED HELP

I plan to make a video game, but, as in most cases, this requires help. I can do the maps and character models with the program I am using, but I will need a writer, a group of voice actors,and somebody who can design a logo. I will get the software sometime in January, and then the heavy work gets done. If this game turns out great I am going sell it and split the profits with the people who helped make the game. I only work on games written in Visual Basic.  Is that what you're writing it in?
Also, do you own handguns and brandish them in pictures online?

To be completely honest, I'm not writing them in anything. The program I am using does it's own coding. I don't know that much about it yet. I think it's in LUA, but I am not sure. Check it out: http://fpscreator.thegamecreators.com/ I am getting the Gold version, so I can trademark all of my stuff, and sell copies.

They did have a Panchiko game of GDW thats like an arcade game in Japan. I think theres trading cards too but Im not sure.
