DVD Rippage
« on: July 25, 2003, 08:44:25 AM »

So I'm trying to rip all of the trigun episodes from DVD (of course I own it, i just dont want to have to put the disc in every time) and i have had GREAT sucess, except for one thing.  I need subtitles.  I don't want to just settle for the english audio, and i can get the japanese audio to work, i just need to find a way to rip with subtitles.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I was gonna try, but it looks like it may be software specific. Try adding whatever your using and see if it comes up with anything.

Go to doom9.org and download DVDDecrypter.  If you have the DVD you can rip everything into an ISO file.  It just makes some large files to deal with.

well, based on your leads here, i think DVDx will let me do subtitles.  I will need DVDDecrypter to rip before i used DVDx, but this should work!
