That site is pretty annoying.  I really hate the scrolling crap at the top of the page.  It reminds me of what television news has devolved into.

TV news anchors reading off crap from blogs all the time or making special reports on internet phenomena that are so old they've attained Brolsmaic proportions is one of the many reasons that I don't watch it anymore.

Too true ... my best karate classes are when I imagine my ex-husband's face on the focus pad.  My punches and kicks are the most intense and well aimed when I pretend its him.
