Any truth to dupeing mintues on pre-paid cell phones?  i heard about this but it looks likes its BS.  Anyone hear about this ?

I had an idea for brute forcing PIN numbers the other day since I doubt they're 100% unique, but I'm a bit busy right now to check it out. Sounds possible in theory at least.

like a key gen of sorts, but it sounds like a bunch of work. i was going to have a homeless dude just steal a bunch of them from target for like 10 bucks
