I think it's going to be hilarious when this gets thrown back in their faces in court and the bulk of their ridiculous software patent portfolio is declared invalid and valueless.

like that one time Microsoft had to change IE so it didn't do flash stuff without you clicking it first because some yahoo had snatched up the rights for "browsers doing things without being clicked first. then they bought the rights for several million dollars and changed it back
