A friend of mine gave me this webcam a while ago because he lost the CD and, being a n00b, was unable to install it because the driver is weird or something. Anyway it's been under my desk now for a while and I'm interested in modding it so I can see in infrared, but I have no idea what brand it is, so I can't download a driver for it.

Does anyone know what model/company this webcam is? Sorry for the crap quality of the picture, but I only had another webcam to take it with.

UPDATE: I've discovered it is a Logitech product and am now proceding to search Google images to find the specific model...coolio points to anyone who can find it before I do.

You can DL the drivers from logitech's website.

How's that camera working for you, anyways? I'm going on the assumption you go the needed drivers and have the thing installed proper. Did you go through with the mod?

Whoaa thanks for reminding me dude! This weekend I'm going to try and get a new set of little screwdrivers...the ones I had are dogshit and if the screw is too hard to turn the bit rotates around inside the plastic handle...

I'll certainly get to that this coming week.

Uhhh.  You do understand that you don't really need a screwdriver to install the new drivers, don't you?   :w:

BAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA yes I do realize that...I didn't read my post too well before sending it off I guess. I need the screwdriver to open the webcam casing in meatspace, I'm all set driver-wise and such.
