Hello everyone...*sigh*...I'm hoping this forum will fill the void in my heart that I normally use chocolate and sarcasm to do.
Seems like these days everyone has something to keep them occupied with. Last week I discovered this was forums. So I set out three days ago to find one and go figure, I ended up on a f****** geek forum. Not that this is something I can deny. I like video games, computers and art...which, until four years ago, was mostly anime.
Allow me to briefly explain why I chose to seek out a forum, cause I'm thinking it might amuse some. I was living with my boyfriend in between college. I lost my job, we broke up, I moved back in with my aunt and now I'm stuck in a tiny bedroom in a house full of kids and all i can do every single day is babysit... this forum may very well save my life if things go smoothly.
So be nice to me! My life is currently the tits. :x

But welcome, Carrot! I agree with what the others said, the green is a bit hard to read, and most people here just stick with the default colors. I certainly hope you don't turn out like certain st00bs *coughcoughArnoxcoughcough* :)

I don't mind the green. It's my fav color. Either that, or blue -- there's been a significant blue-shift lately.

And Detta -- I remember the first time you ever said something nice to me, way back in like '03 I think it was. You had that same anime chick as your avatar and sig. You were the Queen of HN, and I somehow managed to amuse you. I had no idea whether you were 9 or 99, but I was guessing... FBI agent.

Why is that?
It took me like 4 years to get 50 posts to post to the hardware thread. Back in the day there were like 2 posts I REALLY wanted to post to but I didn't want to spam posts since I'm not a one sentence kind of poster and I went away.
Now I'm back until I get bored again because I'm bored and have cabin fever and nothing else to do.
Carrot, this forum is really a unique forum I think because nearly everyone here knows everyone else(or so it seems) and most threads are like chess games played by mail.

Anyway thanks for the support guys! I may be a girl but I'm definitely a geek...well I have a lot of wicked geeky habits anyway. Like, of course, playing video games...which is almost the air I breathe. OH while i'm typing, does anyone know how to beat that f*****g second colossus on Shadow of the Colossus?
