Ok, I work for a small company who doesn't pay for background checks which are free in most states. I've googled and googled and been all over the government website and can't find anything but articles referring to a database. Anyone now of a website search engine for criminal background checks?

I am actually very strong-willed. I did not restart by other's prompting but because I could not handle he stress of my mother have 13 strokes last winter and not being able to be by her side.
