One thing I will say though...Bush has contributed more to the reduction of extreme poverty more then Clinton had.
That's because he's reduced the areas affected to rubble.
Ummm...since when was Africa reduced to rubble? I believe that should be a main area of focus. 31,000 children die a day due to preventable causes that's 10 million a year around 400 million cases of malaria (preventable) 90% of those in sub-Saharan Africa 500 deaths of TB (preventable) everyday Africa is increasing in poverty over the decades as the developed countries have experienced growth. Then we claim they must conduct fair trade and the International Monetary Fund imposes "structural adjustments" in order for us to loan to them. We then dump subsidized products into their market, preventing them to sell to their own people and we call it "free (fair?) trade" This happens in Nicaragua, Jamaica, and other places too...but Africa is the most f*cked by this.

You see, I have now learned a little bit about Buddhism and the concept of Nirvana. Nirvana is commonly understood as "bliss", but its original meaning was more like "extinguishing" or "blowing out".
