an EXCEEDINGLY cheap Pc under 401 dollars with at least 800MHz and at least 128 RAM and at LEAST a 10 gig HD (and mouse and keyboard...em, and monitor and video card etc)

well i cant goto the link, but just from looking at it, its seems if it may be a barebones system and thats not what he wants
