In all seriousness; there's no rule about it. Me --> I've just always seen it that way, and I supposed it was some sort of convention to show a modicum of respect as well as disrespect by purposely not using it when it is your normal style to bold others' names or have bolded someone/everyone else's names in the same post/thread. But that's just my interpretation of my own observations.

First of all, I'm thoroughly female.

Secondly, I'd have to agree that the books are the best. Although I don't like what happens to Marvin in the fifth book (I think it's the fifth book). The movie was pretty good, though, and the show was OK, but the effects were dated. I wasn't aware that it was on the radio.

And I too am a bookworm.
