Certainly they're not trained to throw their arms and legs out as if they're pass-blocking for the Dallas Cowboys, right? And, wouldn't they want to space themselves out a bit so that they're not bumping into each other? I zoomed in on it and each of the men appear to be in the same exact pose.

Nope. It appears to be the real deal. Here's another shot of the same type of training.
I wonder what the purpose is of keeping your arms/legs spread like that. Anybody have any insight into this? It's called "helicopter rope suspension techniques exercise"
