Here's a video of a crab walking by a pipe that's being cut by a robot which is under 6000 feet of water. As we all know, the pressure under 6000 feet of water is rather great, and the pressure inside the pipe was still about the same as normal atmospheric pressure is. The slit that is cut in the pipe so far is 1/10th of an inch wide. Watch physics go at work!
