My dos commands that are located in %windir%\system32\ won't work after I change the directory! I think it has to do something with my Telnet\FTP daemon, Fictional Daemon. Do you know anything that could help me here?

"ftp" is not a DOS command.

I know for a fact that those were real phrases. The ю Говорю is there because I'm refering to myself. Look up how to conjugate a fucking Russian verb. I've been taking the language for three years.
