It has been requested of me via PM that I change my avatar to something 'less adult' because it might get the requester in trouble if work or this person's family happens to see it.

So I'll leave it up to you. Should I change my Avatar to something else or leave it as-is for now?

If said person has a problem with it, they can use FF and Adblock (or Proxomitron, or any number of extensions) to remove the image from their sight. It's what I do with any sig images I don't care to view more than once, and what I do with the pictures in the Geek Girls threads.

I think your avatar is amusing, FWIW. :)

Okay cat, color me confused.  Why on earth would you head in to the Geek Girls section and then block the pictures?  Aren't the pictures kind of the point about that section?

Aww, c'mon; all it is is a bit of cheek. Not even the whole cheek on either side! You see more than that on network tv...primetime.  
 Anyway; I sure wouldn't ask somebody to change their personal profile just for me. Like cat said there's plenty of other options (for them - if they aren't comfortable with such ungodly graphically depicted images of cheek) :)
I for one would be saddened by the removal.
