Why did you make the logo of the site DRT? Make something a little better or loose it.
The main page should have that with a smaller reference on the others.

Loose that as well.
Color scheme.
You lack one.
The colors are a nice choice, but you need to use them more.
Lines are evil and look bad when not used by a master of web design.
Avoid them.
Separation of spaces should be done by using color.
My personal recomendation is that you change the color of the banner area to the blue you use on the site.
Change the buttons to something a little more round and shinny.
Now use fat, round White letters to color reality.
Color Doomed, thus:
D med should be in one color and oo should be your logo, in this dark red pastel, nearly brown.
The Dmed could be in orange like the main page. With all those links.
I'm guessing you purposelly made the page without images of any kind and that is why your buttons look strange.
If so just make the changes I said with CSS.
Instead of round buttons, make them with an orange background with nice fat white letters and no borders.
Avoid lines at all cost.
Most people aren't skilled enough to use them.
Another thing I just noticed.
Your favicon is diferent from the one on your page.
They need to sync up.
